The controlled pilot stores operational records needed for identity, KYC review, wallet status, deposits, ledger entries, audit evidence, support, and security operations.

• KYC files are stored outside the public web root and are available only through admin-controlled access.
• KYC image files are not sent to public pages or the Telegram Mini App.
• Private keys, secrets, and raw documents must not be sent to external AI tools without a formal policy.
• A full privacy notice is required before public onboarding.
